Personal support at AfriSynapse

Every new AfriSynapse user is paired with a personal manager from the moment of registration, before the first deposit and before the first strategy. The manager's job is simple to state: help you get set up correctly, answer what you want to know in plain language, and stay reachable as your account grows. Alongside the manager sits a support desk operating South African hours, staffed by people who know the platform, not scripts. Technology watches the markets; people look after you.

What personal support is

Personal support means individual accompaniment through everything the platform touches. Your manager is a named person who knows your account's setup, your tier, your strategy choices and your risk settings, so conversations start from context instead of a ticket number. The format is deliberately human: a scheduled call for anything substantial, email for anything asynchronous, and no queues that reset when you are transferred.

The manager's role spans the practical and the explanatory. Practically: activation, verification hiccups, first deposits, withdrawal walkthroughs, data updates and platform questions. Explanatory: what a strategy does, what a report line means, what a risk reading implies, and the honest translation of anything on the Risk Disclosure page into plain talk. Managers advise and explain; the decisions, and their outcomes, remain yours, which is exactly how we train them to frame it.

What you can expect from day one

  • A named personal manager, introduced on your first call
  • Setup help through registration, verification and first deposit
  • Plain-language answers, with the reasoning shown
  • Reachable continuity: the same person who knows your account
  • Escalation paths when something needs specialist eyes

Advantages

Individual service

One manager, one account, full context. Settings and history do not need re-explaining every time you make contact.

Help with activation

Verification, exchange connection and the first deposit done with a guide rather than a manual, correctly the first time.

Fast answers

Typical first replies usually within one working hour during support hours, and managers who call back when they say they will.

Personalised information

Explanations anchored to your own account's numbers, strategies and reports, not generic tutorials.

Continuous support

The relationship continues after setup: reviews, adjustments, incident help and the annual conversations that keep settings matched to circumstances.

What a manager can help with

AreaTypical help
Account activationVerification documents, exchange connection, platform walkthrough, first login and security setup.
First stepsChoosing between ready-made strategies, understanding defaults, setting notifications you will actually read.
Platform and simulator useDashboard orientation, reading the findings feed, testing settings before committing funds.
Deposits and withdrawalsMethod comparison in rand, timing expectations, tracing anything past its stated window.
Updating your detailsAddress and contact changes, destination account updates, tier changes and their consequences.
Platform questionsWhat any feature does, what any report line means, why a strategy behaved as it did.

Managers do not promise results, do not make decisions on your behalf, and are trained to say so plainly. If anyone claiming to represent us offers you certainty, that is a fraud pattern: see the Fraud Warning page.

Who this suits

Beginners are the reason the service exists. Trading platforms assume vocabulary most first-time users do not have; a manager who explains the vocabulary in context removes the intimidation without removing the substance. Experienced users use managers differently, as a sounding board for settings, a fast lane for operational matters, and a second pair of eyes on anything unusual in a report. Busy users value the continuity most: one person who already knows the account turns a ten-minute call into what an email thread cannot resolve in a day. If you already know exactly what you are doing and want zero human contact, the platform supports that too; the manager simply stays available rather than intrusive.

Hours

Support operates Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 SAST, excluding public holidays. First replies typically arrive usually within one working hour. Crypto markets run all weekend; people do not, and we would rather be honest about that than run a chatbot that pretends otherwise. Anything urgent outside hours follows the incident route on the Security page.

Support around funding

Money questions are where support earns its keep. Your manager walks you through the deposit methods before your first transfer, in rand and with the timing spelled out: Ozow instant, cards within 24 hours, standard EFT in 1 to 3 business days. For withdrawals, the manager explains the policy's checks, the R500 minimum and the timelines per method, and can trace a request that has passed its expected window. Anything about fees is answered from the tables on the Fees page rather than from memory, because fee answers should be verifiable.

Questions about personal support

Within 24 hours of registering, on business days. If you registered on a Friday evening, expect Monday's first call, and the introductory email in between.

It is built for them. Managers explain the platform from first principles, in plain South African English, and no question about basics is treated as beneath answering.

Yes. The questions users describe as silly are usually the ones the reporting should have answered better, and telling us about them improves the product.

Both are supported end to end: method choice, timing expectations, first-time walkthroughs, and tracing for anything past its stated window, with the Withdrawal Policy as the reference.

Email [email protected] during support hours. Every request gets a reply, and the complaints procedure exists for the rare case where service itself is the problem.

Yes, by asking through support. Continuity is a feature, not a cage; if the fit is wrong, a transfer with a proper handover serves you better than politeness.

Talk to a person before you commit to anything

Register free and use the first manager call to ask everything you want to ask. The platform will still be there afterwards, and so will they.
